Process Controls & Technical
Services, Inc. was founded as a consulting company in the
asphalt road construction industry, providing on-site
technical expertise in the production of asphalt pavement.
We have since expanded in to the Industrial market with our
UL 508A panel shop. Todd Fellers, the founder of the company,
has 21 years experience in electrical engineering, 15 of
which are in the asphalt road construction industry and 6 years as a project engineer for a
controls engineering company primarily involved in the food
and automotive industries.
Process Controls & Technical Services offers complete
on-site erection, wiring and calibration of asphalt plants
and auxiliary equipment required to manufacture asphalt
pavement. We also provide electrical controls and entire
control rooms to replace old, obsolete controls and control
rooms as well as replacement wear parts to the industry.
